**_This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a our St. Petersburg, Florida Headquarters location a minimum of 10-12 days a month._** **_Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future._** **Key Responsibilities:** ​ + Lead strategic prioritization of AI initiatives, ensuring resources and efforts align with business goals. + Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. + Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, third-party vendors, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution of AI strategies. + Drive change management efforts to foster digital transformation and adoption of AI technologies. + Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership. + Lead cross-departmental task forces to advance high-priority initiatives. + Translate complex analyses into concise presentations for senior management. + Build clear and compelling narratives to communicate AI strategy across the enterprise. + Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure effective AI implementation. **Technical Skills/Experience:** + 10+ years of relevant experience including management or leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. + Advanced presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint or similar). + Strong narrative development and executive communication capabilities. + Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments with competing priorities. + Ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Experience in strategic planning roles within technology or financial services + Strong background in business operations, project management, product management preferred.
