Location:

The Associate Director New Product Introduction (NPI) Chemistry Products is a US based on-site (3 days a week) role located in St. Louis, MO. Other MilliporeSigma production sites, Milwaukee, WI, Austin, TX and Burlington, MA will also be considered. 10% domestic and international travel required to meet business needs.

 

Your Role:

As the Associate Director New Product Introduction (NPI) Chemistry Products you will lead the Chemistry Product Management Operations (PMOps) team in Science and Lab solutions division for MilliporeSigma. In this pivotal role, you will lead a global team of Product Managers and Data Governance Experts, dedicated to driving successful product launches, minimizing time to market, and enabling sales growth. You will play a crucial role in defining, driving, and facilitating tactics to enhance the NPI processes across our organization through data integration and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a global team of new product introduction and data governance experts to achieve successful product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimizing time to market.Define, drive, and facilitate tactics to improve the NPI processes across the business unit, with a focus on data integration and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Sets NPI performance targets, measure, review and report out to stakeholders. Drive and support sector level initiatives around new product data introduction and data governance.Secure the fundamental data requirements and processes for the business unit by implementing data governance concepts and rules. Influence related interfaces in favor of the business to enable flow for future scalable growth.Ignite passion, purpose, and direction, ensuring every team member feels empowered to contribute to our collective success.

 

As a member of the Product Management Operations leadership team, you will provide vision, inspiration, direction, and motivation to your team members, so they have purpose in their roles and understand how they contribute to the success of the company.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science or Business field or related degree and 5+ years of experience in the laboratory supplies industry or similar industry.

OR

Master’s degree in Chemistry, Science or Business field or related degree and 3+ years of experience in the laboratory supplies industry or similar industry. 5+ years of leadership experience.Demonstrated experience with data, digital transformation, and automation.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Anility to understand and learn data, structure, and processes in multiple ERP systems.Strategic thinker with the drive to execute flawlessly.Natural relationship-builder and collaborator.Proven expertise in change management with a forward-thinking mindset.Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Exposure to diverse roles across business sectors or functions.

 

 

Pay Range for this position: $134,500 - $201,700

 

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
