Consistent | Excellent | Everywhere** **​** **MAC Management ensures uniform service standards for our clientele.** **​** **Clients benefit from the same level of professionalism, consistency, and quality that MAC as our company brand, is known for – no matter where their operations are based.** **We guarantee a flawless, safe, sustainable and successful transformation for your business, providing you and your team with total peace of mind** **Job Description** **The purpose of the role is** **t** **o manage and provide a complete, and measurable, MAC Consultancy Service to our variable client accounts, as directed.** **Key Job Responsibilities** **•** **Manage all client accounts with excellence, and act as the client interface for all MAC Consultancy Services, interfacing with authority and diplomacy throughout the client business to ensure a flawless, safe, and successful experience for their business.** **•** **Manage a team of staff to provide a complete MAC Consultancy Service to our variable client accounts.** **•** **Effectively scope out new projects and complete first draft of client cost proposals utilising MAC Framework Agreement, Quotation and Variation Request Templates. Work with Director | MAC Projects to further develop and for final approval.** **•** **Effectively resource all projects utilizing MAC variable and dedicated teams, and contractor pool.** • Manage Monthly Billing Process ensuring that all MAC Projects are invoiced within the month that they are forecasted. **•** **Ensure that all MAC Products and service lines are introduce to each dedicated account in accordance with the MAC Playbook.** • Implement the MAC Quarterly Review Process to each client account where we complete multiple repeat projects. • Develop staff through capability development and coaching and encourage team involvement with the wider MAC team. • Ensure that the team manage all MAC Projects in accordance with the MAC Playbook. • Be proficient in the use of all MAC Products and in particular the MAC Circular Economy Policy and FF&E Audit and Inventory. • Ensure that all MAC Projects are QHSE compliant, delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety, on behalf of MAC and the client(s). • Generate Leads and additional revenue from both client accounts and other sources. • Ensure that all MAC projects adhere and are managed to commercial agreements / contracts. • Network and build partnerships with the client team and incumbent CBRE and Turner & Townsend personnel. • Ensure all MAC projects are secured and delivered on time and within the financial requirements and margins as specified by the business. • Provide guidance on selection of, and management of, the supply chain. • Provide accurate and timely reporting of all activity and key client matrices as required. • Promote and market MAC consultancy services both internally and externally. • Manage own and team time effectively and ensure own and team Fee Revenue and Stretch Targets are monitored. **Key Requirements** • Experience with AutoCAD 2020 and above (Desired) • Experience of space planning, preferably within a corporate environment (Desired) • Experience of managing fit-out, strip-out and small works projects. • Experience of managing corporate moves (Desired) • A good knowledge of the Move (Porterage) supply chain (Or proven experience managing 3 rd party contractors) • A good knowledge of Sustainability and the Circular Economy (Desired) • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent Computer (Microsoft Office) and Good Financial skills. • Highly effective communicator who can work with a range of stakeholders and senior managers and develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships. • Able to work with autonomy within a defined area of work, implementing policies and procedures. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with enquiries, requests, complaints/escalations in a professional and proactive manner. • Strong accuracy and analytical skills, including manipulation of data in systems such as Excel. • Commercially astute with demonstrable experience • Experience of implementing MAC Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations, delivering services under contracts, preparing charges for contracts and understanding the risk implications of working contracts. • Management of Billing from end to end. • Ability to report on and analyse financial trends and identify areas for cost reduction and applying the principles of value for money. **General Activities** • Recruit and retain talent for the present delivery and future growth of MAC dedicated accounts and projects. • Provide leadership in identifying and specifying MAC project opportunities. • Complete MAC projects on time and on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties. • Maximise profit through cost reductions and better buying of subcontractor services. • Identify and win MAC projects through effective relationships. • Deliver supportive business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other applications as appropriate • Promote and maintain the core values of CBRE. • Provide support for the creation of MAC process documentation (Playbooks) • Analyse staffing needs based on MAC project requirements. • Collaborate with all stakeholders to resolve issues encountered during MAC project implementation. • Design monetisation strategies to drive revenue on MAC Project sales. • Develop frameworks and processes for identifying resource needs and assigning resources. • Develop on-the-job training programmes. • Develop staff through capability development and coaching. • Develop strategies for maximising sales profit margins. • Direct appropriate resources and methodologies to various MAC projects. • Direct new lines of revenue for the organisation. • Lead MAC project presentations to internal and external stakeholders. • Oversee changes in project scope, issues and risks that affect the project. • Provide overall direction for multiple projects with different timelines. **Business Development** • Plan and develop long term opportunities by creating a pipeline of opportunities. • Develop and manage all bids, tenders and proposals. • Responsible for generating and securing new sales to exceed the annual financial plan. • Seek out opportunities to generate new MAC projects through innovation. • Lead the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations and consultation meetings. **Building Relationships** • Develop effective relationships with current and potential customers through demonstrating our capability in project delivery for MAC. • Build strong relationships with supply partners through which we can bring innovation to our customers. • Work with operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of the MAC projects business with effective team working and support of colleagues. **Financial management** • Development of MAC project financial plans. • Leverage margins on projects by working with subcontractors and suppliers to reduce project costs and maximise profit. • Recruit, train, appraise and manage a team of exceptional Move Managers and Space Planning team(s). • Ensure the Move Managers and Space Planners are fully trained and equipped to deliver MAC projects to the right standards and within the CBRE policies and procedures. • Responsible for recruitment and selection of all MAC project staff. • Conduct performance reviews and create individual PDPs for all direct reports. **Skills** • Commercial
