**Position Summary**
The Associate Director, Innovative Medical Solutions is responsible for shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that optimize the scientific evidence generation and dissemination processes within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
This role requires a strong ability to navigate and manage diverse stakeholder needs while driving initiatives that support the organization’s commitment to generating and delivering high-quality scientific data in a timely manner. Additionally, it entails leading complex, cross-functional projects to integrate innovative solutions and enhance capabilities in scientific evidence generation and dissemination. The incumbent will manage diverse stakeholder needs and serve as the US business owner for related platforms, collaborating with regional and global teams to prioritize enhancements and coordinate demands.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
**Project Leadership**
+ **Lead cross-functional projects** aimed at enhancing processes and integrating innovative solutions for scientific evidence generation and dissemination.
+ **Coordinate with diverse teams** , managing timelines, resources, and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational goals.
+ **Promote collaboration** among stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and training to address challenges.
+ **Ensure the successful execution** of projects, focusing on timely delivery of process and technology improvements.
**Strategic Planning and Communication**
+ **Create and execute a comprehensive strategy** for solutions to enable the end-to-end Medical Affairs Strategy, Evidence Generation, and Dissemination process within the US Scientific and Medical Affairs organizations.
+ **Assess existing processes** and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ **Serve as a key liaison** among internal teams (Scientific Affairs, Medical Affairs, Global Medical Affairs, and IT) to manage stakeholder needs and ensure alignment.
+ **Build strong relationships** with stakeholders, maintain regular communication, provide project updates, and address concerns.
+ **Incorporate feedback** into processes to foster collaboration and support the timely delivery of impactful scientific information.
**Change Management**
+ **Develop and implement metrics** to gauge the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and capabilities across Scientific Affairs and Medical Affairs.
+ **Utilize data-driven approaches** to assess and communicate the impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ **Train and support** users on available capabilities to ensure strong user adoption and realization of value.
**Required Years of Related Experience:**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
+ A minimum of 7 years of experience improving business processes using innovative technologies to increase overall efficiency is required.
+ A minimum of 7 years of experience developing project plans and leading a project from inception to implementation is required.
+ PMP Certification is preferred.

+ **Regulatory Knowledge** : Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and healthcare compliance guidelines as they pertain to systems and processes.
+ **Project Management** : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $ 235,750
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
**Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:**
+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
+ Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
+ Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
