Position DescriptionThe Global Marketing Preclinical Diagnostics Strategy Associate Director will lead important commercial initiatives to shape the external diagnostic landscape for preclinical Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). This involves ensuring accurate diagnosis and supporting the launch of Lilly’s assets in key markets. The position reports to Neuroscience Diagnostics Strategy & Operations/Global Marketing/Preclinical AD.
ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Director will run core workstreams that develop infrastructure and guide strategy to improve access to blood-based diagnostics, while building external partnerships across geographies.AD Platform IntegrationLead governance for diagnostics roadmaps focused on preclinical ADDevelop an integrated, market-specific go-to-market commercial strategy supporting the AD platformCollaborate across Medical Development, New Product Planning, Forecasting, Finance, and Business Development to align diagnostics and future therapeutics with Lilly’s platform strategyContribute to internal strategic governance (Strategic Plan, Business Plan, Launch Readiness, Innovation Readiness, Brand Plan, and senior leadership reviews)Environment Development and AssessmentAssess and shape market readiness for diagnostics and therapeutics—focusing on access, reimbursement, and advocacy engagementGuide prioritized geographies in building preclinical Alzheimer Diagnostic strategiesCollaborate with PRA, Corporate Affairs, and Medical Development to address environmental barriers, particularly around access to blood-based diagnosticsMonitor diagnostic environment evolution and deliver insights/recommendations to senior leadership and external collaboratorsProvide guidance and materials for affiliates supporting Diagnostics strategy focusing on availability, access, and adoption.Infrastructure and Alliance ManagementSupport Diagnostics manufacturer partnerships and contracts to expand availability of blood-based biomarkers and companion diagnosticsLead global diagnostics commercialization strategy and support affiliate executionDrive commercialization strategies and partnerships in priority geographies (US & Outside US) to accelerate diagnostic adoptionBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degreeQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$122,250 - $179,300Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
