Associate Director- Accounting

You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements, while optimizing the performance of diverse revenue channels. This is a high-impact position for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** **Revenue Recognition & Analysis** + Direct the accurate and timely recognition of revenue in alignment with GAAP. + Analyze complex revenue data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or operational efficiency. + Partner with cross-functional teams to validate revenue transactions and resolve nuanced accounting issues related to contracts and billing. **Financial Reporting** + Lead the preparation and presentation of comprehensive revenue-related financial reports and analyses. + Ensure all revenue activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal company policies. **Strategic Revenue Planning** + Play an instrumental role in shaping financial strategies and long-term objectives related to revenue growth and sustainability. **Internal Controls & Compliance** + Establish, monitor, and enhance robust internal control systems that safeguard revenue streams and ensure data integrity. + Maintain full compliance with revenue recognition standards, laws, and internal policies. **Team Leadership & Development** + Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of revenue and general accounting professionals. + Oversee hiring, training, performance management, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. **Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives** + Contribute specialized expertise to key projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvements with a focus on revenue accounting. + Support senior management with ad hoc analysis and reporting, and play an active role in driving strategic initiatives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Accounting or related field; CPA required. + Minimum of 5 years of progressive revenue accounting experience. **What You’ll Bring** + Proven ability to manage the operational aspects of a revenue accounting, with a focus on daily execution and strategic initiative implementation. + Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including responsibility for hiring, performance management, promotions, and compensation decisions. + Exceptional analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. **Join Us** If you are passionate about revenue accounting and eager to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking organization, we invite you to bring your expertise and leadership to our team. **Supervisor:** + Yes Our Associate Director-Accounting earns between $116,700 - $175,100.
