Roles and Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Lead Generation

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics. Lead Identification: Identify and qualify potential land opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts (brokers, landowners, developers). Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem, including brokers, landowners, developers, and local authorities. 

Client Relationship Management

Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and objectives for land acquisition, including size, location, zoning, and development potential. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients and partners. Communication & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value proposition of the land opportunity. 

Strategy & Reporting

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and deal closure progress. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams

About You:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Development within Real Estate/Industrial & Logistics sectorGood understanding of Industrial market is preferredGraduation in any stream.
