Associate Director
Job Title: Associate Director Job Description **Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities** + **Financial Oversight:** Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery. + **Team Coordination:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals. + **Project Management:** Lead and manage delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives, schedules, and budgets are met. + **Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. + **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts. + **Continuous Improvement:** Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. This includes identifying and implementing innovative tools and approaches to elevate performance and quality. + **Innovation Driver:** Proactively seek out, evaluate, and champion the adoption of innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance project delivery outcomes. + **Reporting and Communication:** Regularly report project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. + **Representing CNX Poland with the local community and stakeholder** **Candidate Profile** + Experience managing a large call centre preferred + Understanding of financial policies and budgetary requirements, including forecasting + **Native Polish speaker, English C1; German fluency is a plus** + Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates + Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact + Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower-level management + Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity + Extensive understanding of the organization's business operations and industry.
