Associate Director – Regulatory Reporting Compliance

As an Associate Director, you will ensure day to day reporting obligations are met, including timely investigation and resolution of exceptions, and that adequate processes, controls and governance are in place as part of incident and issues management. You will contribute to change management initiatives driven by regulatory change or Macquarie’s strategic initiatives, liaising closely with internal stakeholders to deliver these. You will attend and actively participate in relevant Steering Committees as well as external industry forums and working groups.
In addition, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of Line 2 monitoring, review and challenge activities related to OTC derivatives transaction reporting, collaborating with internal stakeholders to prepare and effect communications with regulators on transaction reporting matters, including breach/incident notification, responses to regulatory queries and obtaining regulatory clarification or advice on reporting requirements.   What you offer
