Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Associate Director – Project Management (P4-P4-2) to lead technical transfers to internal or external manufacturing facilities and laboratories. Develop, manage, and facilitate technical agendas for analytical governance teams. Manage and track laboratory governance projects. Support the analytical teams in developing strategies and implementing operational plans. Resolve issues with cross-functional project teams and appropriately manage through analytical governance. Ensure strategic alignment with Business Unit and Manufacturing partners. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physiology, or a related scientific field followed by 6 years of progressively responsible experience with analytical method development and QC within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience performing product release and stability testing; 2 years of experience managing the analytical transfer with manufacturing sites and performing risk assessment of the projects; 2 years of experience with method validations per ICH; 2 years of experience working with core analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, dissolution, and wet chemistry; and 1 year of experience with project management in analytical chemistry projects. 10% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$141,865.00 per yearFull-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
