Lead and develop the HR Operations team to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiencyOversee the employee lifecycle in Workday, including onboarding (background screening, offer letters, workday data input, Personnel files, visa support, etc.), ongoing staff movements (transfers, promotions, data changes) and offboarding processes.Drive process optimization and efficiency enhancing initiatives, creating and maintaining SOPs and workflow diagrams to ensure streamlining of HR processes and a standard service delivery and employee experienceServe as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, providing support to employees and HR team members for escalations and other operational issuesDevelop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive data-informed HR initiatives and strategic business decisions.Conduct regular audits of Workday data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support organization wide Audits which require inputs from HROversee document management and digitization effortsOversee settlement of vendor payments and other departmental expensesEnsure compliance of regulations and labor laws, mitigating risks for the organizationCultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely resolution of issues.Foster a positive team culture and promote professional development within the HR Operations teamJob Category:
