Associate Director – Corporate Financial Planning (P4-P6)

Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Associate Director – Corporate Financial Planning (P4-P6) to provide direction and leadership to the organization through financial analysis, updates to business plan, and actual reporting to achieve corporate business plan objectives and external commitments. Lead and support the development of Lilly's Business Plan, Quarterly Updates, and Strategic Plan. Act as the primary corporate point of contact for 3-4 scorecards. Build on the positive attitude and winning culture of CFP by generating ideas to continuously improve our planning, forecasting and reporting processes. #LI-DNI

Position requires Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years of experience evaluating investment opportunities by conducting technical and financial due diligence and risk assessment. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience managing investment portfolios; 2 years of experience conducting valuation exercises and determining ROI; 2 years of experience conducting price analysis, developing business plans, and preparing go-to-market strategy; 2 years of experience evaluating partnership and acquisition models using quantitative analysis methods; and 2 years of experience leading identification of partnership opportunities. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$155,488

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
