Cushman & Wakefield's Asia Tenant Representation platform is focused on the mid-market segment, to turbo charge tenant representation growth in Asia by expanding our team of sales & client coverage roles in key CRE hubs across US and Asia.With Philippines as a key CRE hub in Southeast Asia, The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Philippines, Advisory & Transaction Sales role is envisaged to work with wider Transaction sales team and brokers across Asia & US to provide integrated client coverage, continuously build relationships & win new business for Asia, largely through the mid-market segment.
Accountabilities include new business development for Philippines & other gateway cities in Asia, client coverage for Asian CREs based in Philippines, market optimization planning, strategy, and business development to deliver business targets as assigned accordingly.
This a pure new business development & client coverage role – that does not require brokerage or deal making experience (nor brokerage license). Existing relationships with CREs in Philippines is a plus. The new business won by the role incumbent will be executed in partnership with broker with equitable split of target revenue.
Job Description
About the role:
Create value through new business development for Asia Tenant Rep & cross sell service lines and geographic locations within Philippines for additional revenue
Partner with sales team in other CRE hubs to provide integrated client coverage for Asia focused clients
Develop/implement/enhance market outreach by organize/leading lead generation campaigns, client engagement programs, roadshows by leveraging relationships to maximize success rate
Support development of Asia focused contents, in partnership with Marketing & Occupier Solution hubs for use in seminars, events, roadshows by Asia Tenant Rep teams
Work closely with Philippines Tenant Rep team to stay on top of market & competitor activity
Participate in monthly calls to share best practices and produce leads for institutional clients in multiple markets
Keep up with market and business trends and update on market intelligence and assess on client needs
Identify and maintain relationships with prospective Client’s key decision makers
Target late-stage start-ups with eyes on Philippines for growth / back-offices opportunities in PHP
Advise clients across the spectrum of RE strategy, portfolio optimization, project management, facility management and workplace consulting
Lead and develop account-based sales for emerging segments & sectors
Participate in pitches (GOS and non GOS) as a resident Asia expert
Deliver financial results (P&L responsibility), as well as preparing market level PHP Advisory & Transaction Sales budget including monthly variances and forecasting
Key skills/capabilities:
Superior relationship management capability with proven ability of working effectively with diverse teams through consensus building
Ability to advise clients, for Asia, across the spectrum of RE strategy, portfolio optimization, project management, facility management, workplace consulting. Knowledge of Tenant Rep / brokerage business is good to have but not essential
Strong existing network with CRE community in PHP is big plus
Proven experience in navigating Occupier segment clients in PHP
Strong business & financial acumen with ability to take a strategic view on problems (and solutions) whilst addressing ground realities through hands on approach
Self-motivated and result driven with outstanding analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
