Principal responsibilities

Manage risk and control frameworks for internal applications across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional application teams to develop OKRs that comply with group policies, and drive their achievement within specified timelines.Enhance the level of engineering excellence across projects through systematic oversight, process optimization, and best practice implementation.Lead the treasury function to establish itself as a "Pioneer of the Company," spearheading innovation and excellence in its domain.Gain in-depth knowledge of TRCB and GRASS metrics (as part of the matrix framework), and conduct data collection and analysis for relevant applications.Ensure all applications meet the TRCB criteria and strive to achieve compliance with GRASS metrics standards throughout the year.
