Principal responsibilities

Design and develop platform capabilities that span AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud (Ali) environments, enabling seamless cloud and on-premise AI deployments.Build and maintain automated pipelines for continuous training, testing, and deployment of machine learning models, incorporating Responsible AI controls.Design and development of one of key platform components—including model gardens, AI gateways, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and Agent Frameworks—to accelerate AI solution delivery.Ensure strict adherence to architectural principles, technical standards, security requirements, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).Troubleshoot complex platform issues, ensuring successful, high-quality, and resilient AI services in production.Establish best practices for engineering, including CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools, and drive continual improvement of engineering processes.Collaborate closely with AI engineers, stakeholders, and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems that meet business needs.
