Principal responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and define the mobile product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.Oversee the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in mobile architecture and development.Ensure the stability and performance of mobile applications, implementing effective monitoring and support processes.Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends, tools, and frameworks, with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture.Manage and oversee mobile development projects of varying sizes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.Facilitate communication and collaboration with global teams to ensure cohesive development practices and strategic decision-making.Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation within the mobile engineering team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.Drive the adoption of agile development practices and DevOps principles within the mobile engineering team.
