We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

You will be working closely with the CIB Client Services Engineering Leadership team, leading the engineering transformation across our Customer Due Diligence application.You will be designing and building solutions using microservice architecture, working closely with the product team to understand requirements and impact of changes being made.You will be expected to lead by example, delivering solutions at high cadence for the build out of both new functionality and the replacement of legacy systems whilst also supporting other teams to achieve the same.You will be working to release change to production every day, owning requirements through discussions with the business through to development, testing, release to and support of production.You will be leading engineering excellence and the development of a strong engineering culture across our teams – influencing behaviors and removing barriers within the teams.
