Principal responsibilities

Build a team around you and deliver system solution and perform BAU maintenance, for both HUB payment and HUB StandIn, for both CTB and RTB.Lead the Core Banking modernization in certain topic, e.g.StandIn, and acts as a thought leader in relation to areas of focus for transformation.Ensures optimization and efficiency in collaboration with concerned stakeholder in delivery of the program across system and operations change, training and communication.Independently manages highly complex strategic/operating problems and delivers results. Drives long-term vision and demonstrates exponential thinking; evidencing strategic planning to supplement tactical outputs.Support senior leadership in originating, managing and leading change through deployment of priority programmes, streamlining existing processes, and leading strategic change planning.Brings market leading, innovative, client-centric ideas to drive stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and delivering innovative change outcomes. Fostering open and honest communication which anticipates stakeholder expectations.Manage and deploy effective risk management strategies to ensure the risks, issues and dependencies are continuously accessed and communicated in relation to the change strategy. Ensure action and ownership against issues, to minimize impact.Manage resource capacity patternEnsure compliance to HSBC Change Framework, FIM, SAFE, AGILE etc
