ProjectDelivery: Accountable of the end-to-end AI solution delivery, leveraging the AI platform and reusable service to buildup scale up solution for each projectTeam Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Task Management: Oversee task assignments, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the pod and other teams or stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.Problem Solving: Address challenges and roadblocks, offering solutions to maintain project momentum.Skill Development: Mentor team members, fostering growth and enhancing technical and professional skills.Quality Assurance: Ensure the team's output meets established standards and aligns with project requirements.Progress Tracking: Monitor team performance and project milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
