Principal responsibilities

A hands-on technology Deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Manage the Sub Value Stream Backlog, to prioritize quarterly delivery targets and resolve conflicts and manage dependencies.Provide specialist technical knowledge and experience to influence adoption of best-in-class engineering practices and strong Agile/DevSecOps culture in Credit Lending engineering teams supporting workflow systems.Responsible for building and maturing the self-sustained DevOps teams to carry out the development, maintenance and support of the workflow systems.Overseeing the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions with a tight control around Cost, Schedule and Quality aspects.Adheres to standards for the management of Resilience Risk as set out in the Group’s framework for Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk management, and Resilience Risks are managed within appetite.Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and values.
