Principal responsibilities

Day to day you will be analysing requirements for new features, mentoring junior team members, working with the designers and products owners through the product lifecycle. There is a huge amount of opportunity to get involved in multiple levels of interest across the development lifecycleWorking closely with key stakeholders to identify and prioritise requirementsProactive collaboration in the project team to help develop the product using your experience to help guide the team through the whole development lifecycleSetting strategic architectural direction and demonstrating adherence to enterprise architectureEnsuring governance requirements are captured, and audit requirements met. Demonstrating adherence to controlsCalculating TCO and evaluating ROI of use casesHands on with Planning, estimating, contributing to the architecture, coding, developmentRefactoring and continuous improvements of the code and processes is vitalEnsuring that technical decisions and information is communicated through the global teamLeading Threat Modelling of key use cases. Ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated or acknowledged as part of the agile development lifecycleTaking responsibility of releases and contributing to the ongoing support of the live appsDeliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
