Principal responsibilities

Understand Group and CIB strategy, help define technical strategy and execute which to fulfill business needs and aspirations on growth, management and control.Develop comprehensive program plans, including defining program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program goals with organizational strategies and priorities. Identify and assess program risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive risk management throughout the program lifecycle.-Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate and integrate the efforts of various project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to ensure clear understanding of program requirements, progress, and issues. Prepare and present program reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate program status, risks, and achievements.Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest.Plan for people and project management, provide coaching and guiding directly or indirectly to teams having developers, testers, analyst and architects inside by giving clear direction, feedback and timely suggestions to ensure a high quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices
