Principal responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance, scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
• Architect and maintain ​​AWS cloud-native​​ solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Drive technical excellence by conducting ​​code reviews​​, mentoring engineers, and enforcing best practices in ​​Java, databases (SQL), and Redis caching​​.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver robust, low-latency systems.
• Research and implement emerging technologies (e.g., RAG, AI-powered solutions) to deliver ​​more intuitive, personalized, and intelligent user experiences​​ for customers.
• Develop and maintain ​​Python-based​​ scripts or services for automation/data processing.
