You will lead engagement with senior stakeholder in EMEA, driving continual improvement of Commodities and Global Market’s risk culture, conduct and supervisory practices. You will support our supervisors and stakeholders with all supervisory control and system queries, design and delivery supervisory training and reviews, be the local lead on conduct related issues (including market conduct), and the local representative in relevant governance meetings and assist with preparation of management reporting.You will build and maintain strong trusted stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with your global peers to ensure consistently delivery and fair and equitable treatment of Commodities and Global Markets staff and clients, and the markets it operates in.
