We’re seeking a dynamic **Associate Director, Operations Lead** to drive excellence across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Cost initiatives for Sikorsky and Lockheed programs within our Environmental and Airframe Control Systems (EACS) business. In this high-impact, highly visible role, you'll own operational performance throughout the product life cycle—ensuring on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and readiness to meet demanding program requirements. As a key partner to the Value Stream Leader, you’ll bring strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and deliver results that matter. This is a hybrid position located either in Phoenix, AZ or Windsor Locks, CT. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
