Job Overview Team-Lead for Marketing & Product Development for a group of dedicated offerings. Steering all marketing activities with regards to a group of dedicated offerings, aligned to the 'four P's' (product availability, pricing, product placement, promotion) whilst remaining compliant with relevant Data Privacy regulations. Essential Functions • Development of mid- and long-term strategic marketing plans incl. participation and presentations at external conferences. • Support the Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists with client visits, development of case studies and provision of customized solutions for clients. • Responsibility for our competitive intelligence initiative to secure product superiority and client satisfaction. • Realization of required product enhancements to extend the product life cycle incl. development of business case for product-related investment decisions. • Identification of new products, service opportunities or enhancement options for IQVIA, especially using advanced technologies and applications to prepare the next level of IQVIA offerings with AI/ML capabilities. • Leading a small team of Product Managers with respective responsibilities.
