Specifically, in this role, you will lead a team responsible for OSC Communications for RTX, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon, supporting Operations, Supply Chain, EH&S, Quality, CORE, Industry 4.0 and Global Security Services. This position requires a deep understanding of employee and executive communications, as well as the ability to inspire confidence, build trust, and drive alignment among multiple senior leaders, stakeholders, and teams across the enterprise. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
