Specifically, in this role, you will lead a team responsible for OSC Communications for RTX, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon, supporting Operations, Supply Chain, EH&S, Quality, CORE, Industry 4.0 and Global Security Services. This position requires a deep understanding of employee and executive communications, as well as the ability to inspire confidence, build trust, and drive alignment among multiple senior leaders, stakeholders, and teams across the enterprise.
