About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 12 The Role: Associate Director, OEM Procurement Solutions The Team: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our OEM Procurement Solutions, driving the development and commercialization of innovative automotive supply chain intelligence solutions. This role will oversee the strategic direction and execution of comprehensive data-driven solutions that enable better decision-making in the automotive procurement and risk management space. You will join a global-minded, talented, and intellectually curious team of analysts, data engineers, and data scientists working creatively to build objective insights upon which many automotive industry stakeholders rely on. Responsibilities and Impact: Define and execute strategic vision for OEM procurement solutions serving the $1 trillion annual automotive procurement market. Lead product strategy for a comprehensive automotive supply chain platform leveraging proprietary data assets. Oversee multi-phase product roadmap from MVP through multiple releases. Direct product requirements driving platform development with advanced analytics and visualization capabilities. Immediate responsibility of research team supporting OEM procurement solutions, whilst working cross-functionally across operations, development, sales, and marketing teams for successful product launch and development. Manage relationships with key automotive industry stakeholders and procurement executives. Collaborate with global research network and technology partners. Play a pivotal role in commercializing our existing and new capabilities for OEM procurement departments by creating compelling value propositions for procurement teams, risk managers, and strategic planners at major automotive manufacturers. Support sales efforts through outlining and monitoring progress of lead generation, relationship nurturing, and providing technical expertise during client presentations and negotiations. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus. 8+ years of senior leadership experience in the automotive industry, supply chain technology, or B2B SaaS. Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise software solutions. Deep understanding of automotive supply chain management and procurement processes. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Track record of successful product launches in automotive or adjacent industries. Experience managing P&L responsibility and driving business growth. Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,387-$180,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
