Job Description

IMAP Lead on Integrated Access Strategies (IAS) for Skyrizi in Psoriatic Disease (PsD)

This role will leverage your clinical understanding, deep global payer knowledge, and competitive insights to shape Access deliverables for Skyrizi Psoriatic Disease (including Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, and pediatric indications)

The primary goal of this position is to refine Global pricing & access strategy as needed, influence global commercial strategy and integrated evidence program to optimize price, reimbursement, and patient access for Skyrizi across PsO, PsA, and pediatric indications.

Overall Responsibilities Include:

Working closely with Areas and supporting affiliates with any pricing, reimbursement, access (PRA) challengesLeading Global Value and Access team for Skyrizi PsD, developing Global integrated access strategies for pediatrics, championing the access ambitions, owning all Global VAT deliverables and communications.  Update global access materials (IAS, value proposition, payer objection handler, negotiation pathway, etc.) based on market insights and competitor dynamics across PsO and PsACollaborating on pipeline assets and go to market preparation.Collaborating with other IMAP functions such as Pricing and HTA Strategy as well as GHEOR, Global Business Intelligence, Government Affairs, Global Marketing, Pipeline Commercialization Strategy, International Medical Affairs and complimentary Area & Affiliate Functions, to ensure solid understanding of global payer markets and emerging stakeholders in the reimbursement areasLeading project management with regards to purchasing support, opening of POs; ensuring appropriate documentation is in place in line with company procedures and storage of pertinent documents to assigned projects
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

More than 5 years of direct biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry experience and/or payer experienceRelevant global payer and access experienceEducation: B.A./B.S. required; Advanced degree (PharmD, MBA, PhD, MSc ) in a scientific or economic area nice to have

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong clinical and disease area knowledgeExperience in payer trends, evaluating drivers of market access successKnowledge of pricing policy & regulations and healthcare in key marketsUnderstanding of regulatory agency requirements or policies that govern market approval, and the impact on reimbursement decisionsStrong leadership, intrapersonal, critical thinking, and analytical skills to work with a variety of groups in ensuring that the strategic direction for market access and pricing is in balance with the market as well as corporate goalsStrong presentation and writing skills
