What You Will Get To Do:

Lead a team focused on supporting Financial Intermediaries, including wire houses, TPAs, and custodiansSupport DTCC/AIP development and testing associatesActively supports daily operations by not just overseeing tasks but also learning the skills necessary to complete tasks as needed since they will serve as a backup to direct reportsCollaborates with various Transfer Agency teams and leaders to ensure client needs are metAttends and participates in industry callsSupports new business sales initiativesSupports ongoing business projects, including system enhancements and client/intermediary specific requestsSupports ongoing daily support items, including managing and resolving technical issues or intermediary inquiriesServes as a liaison between clients and intermediariesCommunicates directly with stakeholders with respect to client events, issues, and/or systems enhancementsPerforms other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or related experience5 years of experience in financial services industryStrong understanding of Transfer Agency functionsTransfer Agency management experience preferredTransfer Agency system and/or project management experience preferredAbility to work independently, prioritize, and multitaskAbility to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writingWillingness to learn and grow both personally and within the organizationWorking hours are generally between 8am and 5pm CT
