About the Role

Responsible for facilitating the shaping of Group HR Strategy and workstreams. To track and report progress, highlight roadblocks and execution risks. Manage end to end process and deliverables related to Board, Group Exco, HR Committee, and other HR meeting routines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides support to shape and communicate the Group’s people strategy – including drafting framework for the Group, and helping CoEs document short-median and long-term goals/ aspirationsProvides support to shape framework for LBUs communication and ongoing updates through the RBPsFacilitates the organisation and prioritization of workstreams for GHRResponsible for assigned projects involving white papers on potential new strategic initiatives and or future regulatory issues - from planning, conceptualising and providing recommendations to the GCHROReviews and tracks all GHR initiatives, potential synergies / opportunities or obstacles, with inputs from the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) as necessaryEnsures timely feedback or direction provided to the HRLT, key stakeholders and/or project teamsWorks closely with Group Strategy and GCE&P office to ensure projects are aligned to the business strategy, as well as Group EXCO agendaPlans and help direct all Board of Director, Group EXCO, HR Committee and other related deliverables and activities proactively to ensure high quality, accurate and timely papers and presentations from GHROrganises and prioritises critical issues and required information for GCHRO and/or HRLT to facilitate efficient decision making with senior stakeholdersEnsures good and timely communications with Group EXCO, LBU CEOs, LBU CHROs, GO HR team and other parties as neededWorks with relevant GHR departments as necessary, to provide directions for all internal GCHRO communications (i.e., plan, review and help shape communications – actual GHR communications to be drafted initially by relevant teams) – to GHR only or all-employeesWorks with relevant departments to provide directions for the GHR events, programs, townhalls, or other events where GCHRO is needed (execution to be led by relevant teams / event sponsor as necessary)Organises and shapes agenda for HRLT monthly meetings

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher10+ years working experience in the Human Resources functionWork experience in a multi-national companyBroad experience in HR strategy, project management, business partneringTrack record in leading and driving strategic initiativesStrong change management experienceExperience in working in an insurance local business insurance unit preferred
