This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects for both public and private sector clients, including insurance providers and public institutions. **Key Responsibilities** Reporting into Accurate Country Lead, the candidate will: + Lead and manage the execution of medical audit projects, ensuring the project is delivered with transparency, accountability, and efficiency and in alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets. + Oversee the delivery of public tenders, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders including insurance providers and public healthcare institutions. + Guide multidisciplinary teams through complex project requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality outcomes. + Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring the prompt resolution of process or technical issues by the accountable teams. + Monitor project performance against SLAs, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. + Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness. **Requirements** + 5–8 years of experience in **healthcare insurance and claims management** . + Proven track record in Project Management within the healthcare insurance sector. + Healthcare Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, insurance claims processes, and regulatory frameworks. + Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken). + Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build trust. + Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and lead cross-functional technical teams. + Excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills. + Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders + Contract & SLA Management: Familiarity with managing service-level agreements, vendor contracts, and public tender documentation. + Risk Management: Skilled in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies. + Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms used in healthcare auditing and project tracking as well as with local legislation + Budget & Resource Management: Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation. **Company Culture** At IQVIA, we foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and excellence are encouraged.
