Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Technology, Talent Team, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Risk Management.
The opportunity
The candidate has a remit to help build and enhance the organization’s brand, profile and reputation by providing leadership, management and governance of the organization’s integrated marketing campaigns and programs, aligned with the identified value proposition and suite of EY solutions. The role will focus on raising and maintaining a high profile and presence for the organization and its leaders amongst external influencers and stakeholders, as well as engaging key audiences to generate impactful outcomes.
The candidate will work with the Malaysia Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader to:
Plan, develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy with defined metrics, with a focus on delivering results and business outcomes that build brand, expand relationships and ultimately drive revenue with clients and prospects. Identify and develop marketing campaigns and programs that support go-to-market priorities, in consultation with senior and service line leadership. Identify, evaluate and implement marketing opportunities across the full marketing mix including sponsorships, speaking engagements, hosted events, collateral and PR/social media that align with the organization and service line goals. Manage and execute end-to-end the organization flagship events including annual award program. Develop and manage an annual marketing plan, budget and calendar for the organization’s key go-to-market activities, in collaboration with leadership and service line teams. Work closely with other BMC teams, including creative services, and internal and external communications on execution. Liaise with the key stakeholders within and outside the organization to drive the identified marketing programs, and to provide feedback and results. Track and report results of marketing execution to senior and service line leaders.
The candidate will also dual-hat and work with the Asean Regional Brand, Marketing and Communications Leader to develop and execute regional go-to-market programs for the Tax service line.
To qualify for the role you must have:
A degree in Marketing, or related field Demonstrated marketing expertise (12 years minimum), preferably in a professional services environment, including prior experience executing events, sponsorships, communication programs, and strategic marketing planning Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong executive presence Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Analytical, lateral thinker Meticulous, with an eye for detail Able to work independently and collaboratively in a large, matrixed organization Excellent project management and delivery skills, and ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time Possess confidence and maturity to interact effectively and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsWhat we look for
