The position has P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility and significant exposure to Collins and Interiors senior executives. The ideal candidate is an energetic, intuitive, self-starter interested in supporting and improving the accounting, reporting, and financial actual and forecasting processes. This role is eligible for relocation support. **What You Will Do** : + Partner with the Finance Senior Director and the Commercial Seating & Furniture program leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and assess the impact of business decisions on the financial results and adequately develop, manage, and track risks and opportunities. + Drive, coordinate, review, analyze, and prepare all financial support and presentations for monthly/quarterly reviews and executive briefings. Brief program leadership each month on the financial results and drive accountability for profitability and cash generation across the organization including providing recommendations and “talk tracks”. + Work closely with Commercial Seating & Furniture financial leadership (site controllers and value stream financial leads) to ensure consistent reporting, messaging, and process improvements + Manage Commercial Seating & Furniture group FP&A finance team (3 direct, 1 indirect) and focus on expanding and developing their financial analysis, and experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
