Lead functional annual financial planning, set financial targets and monitor execution.Lead functional annual exercise of business plan, strategic plan and periodic forecasting.Deliver management reports that provide deep business insights.Assess and quantify risks & opportunities based on leading indicators & deep business understanding.Proactively partner with business & cross function leaders to ensure attainment of key performance indicators and financial results.Liaison with supply chain to ensure demand and supply is coherently managed.Strategic business partner to functional leaders in strategy development, resource prioritization and performance improvement.Develop rigorous business cases to assess options and scenarios.Provide financial consulting and strategic support including business presentations, pricing, partnership and projects requested by senior management. Provide recommendations and bring independent perspective; ensure financial discipline in business decisions.Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies (productivity) to improve IBT (ROI).Manage and develop people.Performance managementDevelop and coach people growth.QualificationBachelor’s degree in economics / finance / accounting.Solid experience – finance, business partnerships, strategic projects, etc.International education background or working experience.CPA certification, strategic consulting background & MBA would be a plusFluent in English both written and spoken  RequirementsOutstanding analytical skills and significant business acumen.Ability to lead and influence to crack issues into pragmatic solutions.Strong strategic and conceptual skills with the ability to bridge to action and executionSkilled at developing strong partnership with senior management& influencing changesA team player; able to work collaboratively with and through others
