Provide recommendations and bring independent perspective; ensure financial discipline in business decisions.Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies (productivity) to improve IBT (ROI).Manage and develop people.Performance managementDevelop and coach people growth.QualificationBachelor’s degree in economics / finance / accounting.Solid experience – finance, business partnerships, strategic projects, etc.International education background or working experience.CPA certification, strategic consulting background & MBA would be a plusFluent in English both written and spoken  RequirementsOutstanding analytical skills and significant business acumen.Ability to lead and influence to crack issues into pragmatic solutions.Strong strategic and conceptual skills with the ability to bridge to action and executionSkilled at developing strong partnership with senior management& influencing changesA team player; able to work collaboratively with and through others
