Job Description
Position Overview
This role leads the financial planning processes for the US Therapeutics organization. This includes the Latest Best Estimate (LBE), annual plan, and long-range plan (LRP), and ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability of the data and deliverables. This position also provides insights to the US Therapeutics leadership team on risks and opportunities based on the understanding of results and partnering cross functionally with the organization’s business units.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead all planning processes for US Therapeutics, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of consolidated financials in accordance with Global and Corporate requirements for each cycle.Develop guidance and content for each planning cycle submission and liaise with US Therapeutics finance teams regarding content requirements, submission timelines, and review meetings.Responsible for populating consolidated rollforwards and key financial schedules to ensure accurate and comprehensive preparation for leadership reviews. This includes analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.Strategic Business Partnership:
Conduct detailed analyses to help leadership understand business changes compared to financial benchmarks.Act as the Finance Business Partner for US Therapeutics Sales Force activities, offering guidance and support for incentive compensation. Ensure monthly accurate recording of Sales Force Incentives and develop budgets for major events like the National Sales Meeting and All-Star Incentive Trip.Collaborate with US Therapeutics Finance Future Fit, Forecasting, Pricing, and SG&A Centers of Excellence teams to drive finance process transformations.Decision Support / Special Projects: Perform analyses for ad hoc business presentations to provide insight into key business drivers, aiding management in adapting tactics and strategies to achieve short- and long-term objectives.People Leadership and Development:
Responsible for delegating tasks and coaching a team of highly motivated and engaged finance professionals to ensure optimal support for each required financial planning submission.
Qualifications
Required:
7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and / or MBA preferred.Strong understanding of financial planning processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience in leading and motivating a team in a dynamic business environment to achieve results and deliverables.Ability to solve business problems through proactive identification of issues and subsequent data collection, analysis, and interpretation.Experience supporting senior operating management.Experience working independently and in team environments, integrating activities across multiple functions and divisions.Preferred:
High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of automated accounting systems such as HFM, SAP, and TM1, as well as BPC desktop productivity and data visualization tools.Solid understanding of CFMs, SOX controls and other financial policies.Additional Information

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
