This role leads a team of Value Stream Leaders and has responsibility for leading the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and is accountable for executing commitments to Lockheed Martin, production deliveries of the F-35 landing gear and relevant support activities. Reporting to the Director of Fighters and Advanced Programs, the Value Stream Leader is responsible for leading the Integrated Project Team (IPT) through the life cycle tenets of the Collins Management System. Accountable for full lifecycle of production programs and serves as “business owner” for critical aspects of the overall portfolio. As the lead of the IPT, the VSL is accountable for managing the lifecycle cost, schedule, performance, on-time delivery, quality, customer relationships, and overall customer satisfaction of the landing gear products and services. Serves as the face of the organization and has accountability for the customer satisfaction and financial performance of the program. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
