Job Summary
Responsibilities
Designs and executes high-quality static, print, and motion graphics to support Booth’s branding and marketing efforts.Collaborates with the creative team and stakeholders from project intake through completion.Shoots, edits, and produces photo and video content, including motion graphics, interviews, and events.Manages post-production workflows, including editing, encoding, and preparing assets for digital platforms.Conceptualizes and develops multimedia assets aligned with Chicago Booth’s visual voice and brand standards.Coordinates pre-production logistics such as scheduling, location scouting, and talent coordination.Develops and maintains templates, graphics packages, and design systems for consistency across channels.Creates digital content for web, email, and social media, with a focus on innovation and visual storytelling.Conducts asset research including photography, archival media, and audio clips to enhance productions.Supports digital asset management, equipment upkeep, and efficient media workflow across projects.Develops one or more of the following marketing functions: marketing communications and advertising, web blogs or other digital marketing, and market research. Reviews and updates marketing infrastructure which may include one or more database systems, the intranet, and external web sites.May assist managing relationships with external sales agencies.Performs other related work as needed.
