Principal responsibilities

Ownership of SCRUM LEAN ceremony and techniques across the team engineering teams e.g. sprint planning, daily scrums etcSupport the Business Programme Manager (BPM), IT Project Managers and Product Owners to evolve resilience roadmap, creation of requirements / user stories and managing the backlogInvestigate, classify and analyse operational risk associated with IT systemsTranslate business risk appetite/posture into functional and non-functional requirements/storiesCreate analysis of customer journeys, product functionality and business processWork closely with developers, testers, support staff and architects and a variety of end users to en-sure technical and operational compatibility and quality for agreed solutionsExperience of analysing complex infrastructure upgrades affecting multiple countries, products, customers and applications, usually including comprehensive regression and non-functional testingExperience of working with a virtual team made up of stakeholders and IT colleagues from multiple disciplines, geographies and timezones
