Associate Director, Client Services

Job Overview

Leads a team of client service professionals responsible for delivering high-quality service and maximizing client value. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful adoption of data and technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to shape client engagement strategies, lead a high-performing team, and drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing client services team

Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted partner

Translate client needs into actionable solutions and service plans

Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues

Drive adoption of data and technology solutions across clients and teams

Monitor performance and service delivery metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client success

Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies

Technical Expertise

Quickly learn new platforms, tools, and data solutions

Translate technical concepts into clear guidance for clients and internal teams

Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for new capabilities

Support clients and teams in effectively utilizing technology solutions

Impact & Opportunities

Lead and develop a growing client services team

Influence client strategy and service delivery outcomes

Drive adoption of innovative platforms and solutions

Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience in client services, account management, or related roles

Proven people management experience

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience training internal teams and/or external clients

Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with data, analytics, or technology-driven solutions preferred

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,000.00 - $239,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
