Job Description:

We are seeking a Associate Director to join our Bancassurance team, reporting to the Director of Client Proposition & Centricity Management. This role is crucial in implementing sustainable product strategies and business planning initiatives, as well as assisting channels to build a healthy product mix that drives long-term profitability.
 

Responsibilities

Product Management and Development

Lead business implementation of new product launches

Assist in developing new products and managing product portfolios

Represent bancassurance in the Product Implementation Committee

Prepare requirements and assist DSB in completing product due diligence

Lead business launch plans, including sales and marketing support

Track product performance and provide business analysis on target segment penetration
 

Market Intelligence and Benchmarking

Build and maintain up-to-date market intelligence

Perform product benchmarking

Collect feedback to provide business findings and recommendations
 

Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination

Provide insights and recommendations on product initiatives to senior management

Influence key stakeholders in decision-making processes related to business priorities, product mix, and budget issues
 

Product Support for Bancassurance Business

Serve as a subject matter expert within the bancassurance team

Collaborate with stakeholders to provide product support for various initiatives, such as sales support tools and sales focus groups
 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or analytics-related subjects

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the banking and insurance industry

At least 2 years of solid experience managing bank partner relationships

Sound knowledge of client segmentation and product propositions

Strong understanding of insurance products, coupled with good business sense and market intelligence

Ability to interpret business KPIs and recommend optimal solutions for business strategy

Excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure successful outcomes and secure necessary support

Collaborative mindset to work closely with product and segment leads from bank

Ability to identify product gaps and provide support to drive insurance sales

Experience leading business implementation of new products in collaboration with internal and bank stakeholders
