**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
We are seeking a visionary Digital Transformation Leader to drive our insurance service digital transformation strategy. This position will be responsible to improve efficiencies in current Operational Processes and for leading the development/execution of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap, leveraging technology to improve customer experience, increase usage of Insurance Wallet, migrate telephone service to an excellent Digital Service and to contribute with business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Ability to analyze operational processes to identify opportunities
3. Great Communication skills to Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AMEX, Carriers and PROVENTEL)
4. Ability to identify and prioritize digital transformation initiatives.
5. Ability to define strategies including all teams involved in processes
6. Create flows of Digital Journeys to define critical paths and eliminate duplicates
7. Develop online Dashboards for all operational processes
8. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the use of emerging technologies such as AI
9. Ability to understand processes and implement controls to increase efficiencies
10. Develop and manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support digital transformation initiatives.
11. Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
12. Capable to identify business needs and define plans to achive goals
13. Ability to set agenda depending on goals and priorities
14. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
15. Manage Tech capacity of 3 rd party vendor to support digital transformation initiatives.
16. Communicate the vision and progress of digital transformation initiatives to stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors.
