This exciting position is part of the Credit and Collections Capabilities Team in the Global Services Group responsible for migrating and transforming our current technology.
As a member of the Capabilities Team, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Strategy, Technologies, Global Business Integration and our Operational Teams to successfully define Credit journeys in our modern technology. You’ll be required to breakdown complex Features into User Stories that will enable Technology Teams to successfully build working software that will support the modernization of Credit journeys. You’ll need to be proactive, a problem solver, an influencer and be able to analyze, dissect and aggregate large amounts of data into meaningful summaries to enable key decisions while demonstrating Agile methodology principles. The successful candidate will be required to support all global markets for Credit operations. **How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Partner with Product Manager to breakdown Features into User Stories and sequence delivery activities based on aligned priorities.
+ Manage a Scrum Team to ensure timely delivery of prioritized User Stories
+ Work as part of a global team to take full accountability for end-to-end discovery initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders
+ As every journey has different requirements, proactively identify the pain points and opportunities to improve when redesigning new solutions
+ Proactively drive conversations with key partners to ensure you have full understanding of the requirements and clearly communicate these to all relevant stakeholders
+ Identify key milestones and take full accountability for ensuring these milestones are met along with proactively raising any issues or impediments
+ Partner with Strategy, Operations and Compliance to ensure voice of customer and that our solutions meet the needs of our Credit Specialists
+ Must be an advocate and the voice for our Specialists across the globe
+ Partner with Business Analyst throughout the Project discovery process
+ Create robust business process flows to demonstrate all actions required to meet the needs of Servicing
+ Understand and agree measures of success for all key initiatives
+ Provide timely & structured updates to all key stakeholders
+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key Business Partners and with other stakeholders (i.e., Capabilities, Strategy, Operations and Technologies)
+ Proactively identify areas of improvement, gain leadership buy in and drive through to implementation
**Required Qualifications**
+ 5 years of experience as a **Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role** in large-scale, complex environments
+ Strong experience supporting **enterprise platforms** with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
+ Demonstrated success working in **Agile / Scrum / SAFe** environments
+ Ability to translate **complex business problems into actionable product solutions**
+ Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, and data teams
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in **Credit, Risk, Collections, or Financial Services** platforms
+ Hands-on involvement in **platform modernization** , legacy transformation, or cloud migration initiatives
+ Familiarity with **API-driven architectures, microservices, and data platforms**
+ Experience navigating **regulated environments** and incorporating compliance into product design
+ Ability to influence without authority in a highly matrixed organization
