How will you make an impact in this role?

We have great new opportunity to join the Product team responsible for analyzing data to identify user behavior, trends, patterns, and insights to improve product and to inform product roadmap and decision-making of a new service portal called ISP (Intuitive Service Portal) including overseeing the Foundational components supporting multiple lines of business. This position will be responsible for partnering with our technology, operations, and strategy teams to drive the new user centric designed Servicing Portals leveraging user input and market tends in user experience design.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for analyzing the data for global markets to drive product improvements and strategic decisionsDevelop reports, dashboards, and visualizations which will help to plan/enhance product roadmapSupport data integrity and data governance initiatives.Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data is maintained over time regardless of upstream / downstream streams.Develop insightful content and analysis for communication with partnersEnsure proper data validation, testing, and monitoring of the applicationFunction as a key member of an agile feature team and manage data assets as per the enterprise standards, guidelines, and policiesSelf-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Develop and maintain cohesive relationships with various business and engineering teams to drive product improvementsBe an active contributor to a future state.Document features, user stories and work with the scrum teams to prioritize the user stories

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

2-4 years of Product Data analysis experience.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modelingKnowledge on SQL for querying and validating data An enterprise mindset that connects the dots across various requirements and the broader operations/infrastructure data architecture landscapeTesting and Troubleshooting: Ability to test, troubleshoot, and debug data processesEnthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionalityCuriosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunitiesDetailed oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact and impact the overall projectRecognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolutionHighly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting resultsExcellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
