Job Description & Summary

In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally capable individual to operate our Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaign using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The primary focus of this role is email marketing execution, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. In addition, the successful candidate will provide occasional support to the website team, assisting with site analytics, basic content updates, and optimisation when required. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing automation and digital content strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Primary focus):

Build and deploy EDM campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation StudioManage subscriber data, segmentation and personalisation strategiesMonitor campaign performance and provide actionable insightsEnsure compliance with international email marketing regulations and consent protocols

Website content support (Backup role):

Assist with site analytics to monitor performance and user behaviourCreate and update website content in line with brand guidelinesSupport basic content optimisation to enhance engagement and accuracy

 

Requirements

Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Marketing (with Salesforce experience)Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudFamiliarity with email marketing best practicesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple digital touchpoints
