The roleThe UK & Ireland Marketing team at Dun & Bradstreet is focused on building our brand and demand. This role will be fundamental to driving business revenues through the successful coordination and delivery of our key integrated demand generation campaigns. It’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a strong and dynamic Marketing team and work with a varied group of stakeholders across the business, from Marketing, Operations, Website development, Creative and Brand teams. In particular this role will work closely with our UK Integrated Marketing Managers and the Digital Demand Managers in the other regions.  The role will report to the European Head of Digital Demand.
Key responsibilities:Working closely with Integrated Marketing Managers to understand their campaign plans, goals and strategy, then lift plans to coordinate and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive business revenue.Build out rolling campaign calendar and update campaign checklists, briefs and processes in accordance with best practices and business needsPartner with IMMs to gather requirements of all digital campaign elements using campaign checklist.  This will include but not be limited to: data lists, email copy, nurture flow plans, creative elements for email banners, landing pages and ads, ad copy for social and paid.Execute emails & nurture flows related to marketing campaigns using our Marketing Automation system (Marketo).Work closely with the other Digital Demand Managers and Head of European Digital Demand to plan and execute campaign related paid media tactics.Work with Web team to create / update campaign specific website landing pages with gated content or trials leveraging Marketo forms (with Ops and Web team support).Build and execute digital demand generation programs (considering but not limited to Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Site Direct, Content Syndication)Coordinate with IMM’s, content team and Marketing Ops on the creation of new landing pages in support of digital demand generation programsDefine clear and measurable goals for all campaigns, programs and tactics prior to launchWork closely with Marketing Operations and Analytics team to ensure attribution and tracking is set up across programs for reporting at channel level (traffic, spend, revenue, ROI and other performance KPIs)Monitor the performance of digital demand generation campaigns and report the results to relevant stakeholders on a regular basisLook for ways to optimize campaign performance and run A/B testing components as part of each campaign.Essential requirements:3 years experience in marketing/demand generation roleSolid experience of executing email campaigns and setting up nurture flows using a Marketing Automation system, preferably MarketoExperience with digital marketing principals such as SEO, PPC, paid social, e-mail marketing, CRM softwareSkilled at agency managementStrong reporting capabilities with the ability to track multi-channel campaign performanceAbility to manage budgetsSolid experience of executing email campaigns and running event programs using a Marketing Automation system, preferably MarketoExtensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital and webinarsExperience effectively leveraging webforms and landing pages for conversionSkilled at database segmentation and data managementPrior experience of working in an international B2B organisation and working closely with other centralized teams (web, creative, operations) across regions would be a benefitExperience of Salesforce CRMHands on experience of project management tools such as: JIRA, AsanaAll Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at .
