We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer with experience in system consultation and end-user support. The role includes gathering business requirements, conducting impact analysis, creating user stories, and performing functional testing. The role also involves daily operational support, rotational shift work, and on-call duties.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and enhancements.Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing processes.Conduct testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.Provide daily support for business operations, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.Basic knowledge of database systems & operating systems for querying and troubleshooting data-related issues.Require working on shifts and on-call support for weekends and public holidays in rotation basis to ensure continuous support.

As a Associate DevOps Engineer, having 3-5 years experience in business analysis, consulting or similar role and support is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of functional testing methodologies and user story creation will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of SQL, database management systems, Openshift and Linux environment. You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
