Associate Developer Job Description: Join our team as an Associate Software Engineer and help shape accessible, high-quality digital experiences that make a real difference. This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Dublin office. What We’re Looking For: • JavaScript experience • React experience • A collaborative mindset, clear communication, and a focus on delivering user value It’d be great if we could also see: • Familiarity with TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and state management • Understanding of Micro Frontends (MFEs) • Experience testing web applications with tools like Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), Playwright, or Chromatic/Storybook • Awareness of accessibility principles and how assistive technologies interact with the browser What your first year might look like: • Learn our tools, technologies, and development workflows • Contribute to small features with mentorship and code reviews • Improve existing code and add tests to ensure stability • Gradually take ownership of more complex tasks and features • Use Innovation Fridays to build, refactor, or experiment freely • Grow your knowledge with ongoing learning and peer support #LI-MD1 Function: Product Delivery Country: Ireland Office Location: Dublin Work Place type: Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you’re supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
