About the Role
As an Associate Designer, you will be responsible for designing a category and creating an assortment that aligns with brand positioning and the target customer.
What You’ll Do
Build, create and maintain tech packs, trim sheets and design packages
Ensure accurate data entry into Product Lifecycle Management
Present designs in working sessions and influence cross-functional partners on product direction
Compile and refine market and trend research to inform product direction
Complete pre-packages as a part of the research and development process for the area of ownership
Shop and purchase samples for category ownership
Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and CAD
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
Minimum 3-6 years of previous design experience
Domestic travel may be required
Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $151,100.00
