What will you be doing?

 

Drive brand results: Support design processes to promote speed to market concepts, stay on calendar and maximize continuous merchandising opportunities.

 

Team collaboration:  Work with product team to design new products from concept through production, ensuring delivery in line with critical dates, product specifications and profitability goals. Collaborate closely with development teams to build product with innovative materials and consumer function in mind.

 

Product management: Sketch, render and model concepts from conception to sales-ready samples, generating innovative ideas and design solutions.

 

Contribute to expansion: Maintain knowledge of market and consumer trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field preferred 2+ years design experience in footwear, fashion, or related industry Strong sketching skills Understanding of performance footwear construction and materials, a plus Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred.
